Prescribed burn at Cockroach Bay | Environment

Tampa, Florida-- The Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department conducted a prescribed burn today, Wednesday, June 20 at Cockroach Bay Aquatic Preserve, 3709 Gulf City Road in Ruskin.

The burn took place for exotic invasive plant control, and was scheduled to last just one day.
